Markets

Snodland Market

Snodland market is held every Friday morning from 8am – 1pm in the first part of the car park that joins the High Street to the main car park on Rocfort Road. You won’t find this market advertised anywhere as it has been going longer than I’ve been around!

It’s only a small market but combined with the shops in the High Street there is a butcher, bakery, sweets and crisps, craft stall, household goods, books, plants and flowers and of course our fresh fruit and veg. As it is well established in the community, as many come down for the gossip as they do the shopping! If you like a healthy dose of banter with your shopping, Snodland is your place. You can find us backing onto the cricket field about half way down the market.

West Malling Farmers Market

West Malling Farmers Market is held on the 4th Sunday of every month, except for December which is usually moved to the 2nd Sunday. It is held in part of the High Street which is closed from Tesco up to The Five Pointed Star for the market, which runs from 9.30am to 1.30pm. Very much a more traditional farmers market, you will find a wide range of food and drink interspersed with plant and craft stalls. Take a look at their website for more details on stalls and parking. As this is run on more traditional lines we only take British produce to West Malling, so you won’t see our full range there. If fresh local produce is your thing though, this is the one for you! You’ll find us by the red phone box outside the Ski Shop (unless we’ve got anything parked in the way, in which case we may have to shift a few feet).

Tonbridge Farmers Market

Held on the second Sunday of every month in Sovereign Way Tonbridge. TN9 1RG. One of the car parks near Sainsburys, this is one of the largest markets I attend. Has a great range of stalls and a lovely atmosphere. Runs from 9.30am to 1.30pm. There are normally more than 50 stalls.

Aylesford Farmers Market.

Held on the 3rd Sunday of the month at Aylesford Priory. An excellent farmers market offering a wide range of products.

We joined the market for the first time on 19th November. Plentiful parking means you can take plenty of heavy produce off my hands and make me a very happy girl!

Here’s looking forward to a bit of banter with a new batch of customers!

Bearsted Farmers Market

1st Sunday every month except January. On the Green.

Royal Arsenal Riverside Farmers Market

The R.A.R.E. market is held on the 2nd and last Saturday of every month in Artillery Square on the Royal Arsenal estate at Woolwich.

Although it’s not as big as many markets in the London area, it has a good range of food and drink whether you want the usual suspects or something a bit different. We take our full range to this market, so there is always a mix of Chemical free, local and seasonal produce available. You will find us right at the back of the market (like all the trouble makers in a class). This market runs from 10am to 3pm, so you haven’t even got to get up early to catch us!
